Terms of Service

The platform is intended for community association management professionals and those connected to the industry. Some areas require an active membership. We may review, approve, or decline membership applications at our discretion.

You are responsible for the accuracy of your information and for keeping your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

Where paid memberships, tickets, or sponsorships are offered, prices and billing terms are shown at checkout and processed by our payment processor. Recurring memberships renew until cancelled. Cancelling a paid event registration does not refund it automatically. Refunds, if any, are handled according to the terms shown at purchase or by contacting us.

RSVPs and registrations are subject to capacity and any stated requirements. Event details may change, and events may be rescheduled or cancelled. Continuing-education hours and certificates reflect attendance recorded by check-in; verify your licensing requirements with the Florida DBPR.

Be respectful — no harassment, hate speech or spam. Report anything that breaks these rules; we review reports within 24 hours and remove what breaks them.

We have zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users. You agree not to post content that is unlawful, harassing, hateful, threatening, sexually explicit, misleading, infringing, or spam — in the forum, the job board, the member directory or your profile — and not to scrape data or interfere with the service. We remove content that breaks these rules, and we suspend or close the accounts of members who post it or who abuse other members.

You can report a topic or reply, and block a member so you no longer see their posts. Blocking follows your account, on the website and in the app. To report anything else, email us at the address below.

You retain ownership of content you submit (such as forum posts, job postings, profile details and documents you upload) and grant us a license to host and display it to operate the platform. You are responsible for the content you post.

The platform, including its branding, design, and original content, is owned by us or our licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission.

The platform may link to third-party sites and services (such as partner websites, news sources, and BidMyCommunity). We are not responsible for their content or practices.

The platform and its content — including any educational, regulatory, or vendor information — are provided “as is” for general informational purposes and are not legal, financial, or professional advice. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Docs Assistant answers are written by AI from the documents you upload. They can be incomplete or wrong; check the cited section of the documents themselves before relying on an answer.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Florida.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
